Account Director

Job description

As an Account Director you will work with core business issues for our most important and complex clients. You will lead client's strategic process but also be involved in the tactical and operative parts. You will have a key role in business development and make serious strategic, tactical and operational decisions based upon client needs. You are a mature individual used to develop business relationships with senior management.

Candidate background

Preferably an academic background in business, marketing or communications discipline.  Applicants should have proven track record in sales and project management. Preferably experience from fast growing businesses and complex service sales. You have experience in managing projects both internally and externally.
Minimum 8 years experience from work as a consultant and/or Key Account Manager in the IT sector.

Candidate qualities

You are a confident presenter with excellent communication skills (written and verbal). You are used to work independently and managing processes. Skill set will also include the ability to manage own workload, be a self starter and great team member. You are confident on the Internet and you are computer literate.
You master English, and a major plus if you know one other European language.
