We are currently looking to establish our international organization in Norway and are therefore seeking for our Norwegian market a Country Manager
Who are you?
- You have an extensive and documented background in sales, marketing and/or management and leadership
- You have at least a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in sales, marketing and/or business management
- You have an excellent understanding of industry trends, movements and market requirement
- You are self-motivated, confident and ambitious as well as a proven ability to independently move projects forward in a rather flat organization.
- You’ve spent several years building an extensive network through entrepreneurial endeavors or through sales/marketing leadership
- You’ve worked in or closely with the search-engine, media and/or digital industries
Key Responsibilities:
Within the European Organization and based in Norway, you will lead and be responsible for Relevant Traffics Norwegian accounts:
- Create, maintain and increase sales revenue for the assigned region and target customers
- Increase the awareness of Relevant Traffic Products and Services
- Identify opportunities, understand the business requirements
- Manage Sales personal
- Achieve required revenue and objective targets
- Leading Relevant Traffics business development
- Working closely with and reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Marketing Officer
- Define and implement action plans to increase Relevant Traffics business
- Through personal and professional networks establish Relevant Traffic as a market leader in Norway
