Key Account Manager
Job description
You will be responsible for developing new business relationships, generate and negotiate new income to an agreed annual target of invoiced revenue. Manage the sales process from initial lead generation, sales & solutions pitch, negotiations and closure. You will own the entire client process and continually liaise with the Account Management team to fulfil objectives. You are self secure and used to handle all kinds of client situations with senior management. In short, you master the art of business. A good understanding of the principles of internet marketing and knowledge of search engine navigation is preferred.
Canididate background
Preferably an academic background in business, marketing or communications discipline. Applicants should have proven successful business to business proactive sales experience and/or working knowledge of new media/ online environments. You should be familiar with expressions such as CPM, CPC, ROI and know your market.
Minimum 5 years experience from work with sales and/or project management.
Candidate qualities
You will be dynamic and articulate with structured approach to sales and good track record of target achievement. You will posses the ability to develop rapport and strong relationships with clients/suppliers at all levels, a confident presenter and the ability to achieve challenging targets. Skill set will also include excellent communication skills (written and verbal), the ability to manage own workload, good IT and Internet skills and be computer literate. You must be able to handle stress.
You master English, and a major plus if you know one other European language.
